You can get Patti Mansfield’s book on the beginnings of the Charismatic Renewal that Fr. Michael recommended at Amazon.
Fr. George Montague’s book, The Holy Spirit:Growth of a Biblical Tradition is widely used by the Charismatic Renewal.
George Kosicki has also written several books on the Holy Spirit.

Life in the Spirit and Born in the Spirit Weekends and Seminars are excellent ways to seek greater devotion to the Holy Spirit.

A Wikipedia article on the Catholic Charismatic Renewal is available and the website of the Catholic Charismatic Center also has information on the Renewal.
